Russ was great to work with. He kept great communication the whole trip. We experienced no issues while pulling his snow cone trailer. If we ever are in his area again I hope to be a customer at his kayak rentals and eat a nice cold snow cone.

Jeremy was terrific at communication on both the pickup and the drop off. He has terrific equipment (truck/enclosed trailer).
I am very pleased and highly recommend him.

Driver is a very nice guy... very good at updating me with status. He was very concerned about ice and snow in weather forecasts.. can't say I blame him!

My provider was very professional. Lee arrived in NM from Chicago in 2 days. That's 1458 miles! At drop off, he gave me my keys and advised me of things he noticed. I couldn't be happier with his work. Getting him after dealing with 2 guys that flaked out returned faith in uShip.com to me. I will use them again in the future and cross my fingers that Lee is available!
