Shannon Bencs was such an unpleasant customer to deal with. This is the first time we have to say it was a customer was unpleasant to work with. CARIERS AND TRUCKERS BEWARE, she does not answer phone calls, makes trucks go and wait for hours and no vehicle in the end. The delivery with her was an ordeal to say the least. Save yourself the trouble.

This response is in retaliation to the negative feedback I left for the shipper. USHIP has been notified previously of this shipper doing and saying unwarranted things that are against the uship. com customer service that they practice. Recommend contacting uship.com prior to booking this company. They do not practice good Carrier service and will ruin your experience.

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. I contacted the Customer after the bid was accepted to no answer. After I got closer to the pick up area I tried contacting them again for pick up I called at 3PM to confirm somebody would be available to pick up. No answer on their end. I called again at 9PM to try to get somebody on the phone as I was in the area. I sat there over night in the general area waiting on a phone call or text. Received non by 2PM the following afternoon and left. Could not wait 2 days for somebody to answer phone

Horrible customer service and lack of a heads up when picking up shipment. BEWARE!!! the company will call once arranging shipment and if you don't answer or return phone call immediately they will harass you with emails and voice mails saying that your not compliant and will try to throw fines at you. After over 10 years of using USHIP....this is the ONE and ONLY BAD experience. DO NOT USE this shipper!!!!!!!

We dispatched 3 trucks and all of them had to leave empty handed because nobody picked up the phone at the pickup location and left our trucks waiting for hours. Then on delivery the same thing happened. It is very hard to do our job when customers do not cooperate with something as basic as picking up a phone. In this case we received no cooperation from you.
