The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provided that booked the shipment did not communicate very well at all. I tried contacting provider several times before pickup to arrange a meeting time. The provided then arrived at the location at 1130pm and call tried calling, with no prior communication, trying to pick up shipment and no one answered (because everyone was asleep in bed). Then tried again at 3am in the morning. These times to try to contact us for pickup, with no prior communication, was absurd considering I had
