After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Pick up refused to release moped without proper documentation. I had my uship documentetion but this was not good enough for him. He already had this information on his computer. He wanted an invoice for his bike I had no way of produceing.

All he had was a printout from Uship. He would not provide me with any type of receipt showing he took possession of my motorcycle. I'm sorry, but I do not operate that way.

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward He showed up later than he stated he would and then did not want to provide me with any documentation that he was taking possession of my motorcycle. He was rude and uncooperative and drove off leaving us standing in the rain with the motorcycle as we prepared to load it. I am requesting my deposit back and feel he is a very sad excuse for a shipper and think UShip should look at him very closely. Who in their right mind would give someone a $4,000 cycle without paperwork?

Shipper was adversiaral and refused to release the motercycle without paperwork which I did not have. After driving many hours to pick up, It certainly was not my intention to leave without the item. The shipper simply refused to present the item. I departed after an extensive interview about my identification.
