Oscar was a true professional from start to finish. He asked a few questions before submitting his bid to ensure we were both on the same page. Once I accepted his bid, he was quickly in contact, & arrangements were made for both pick up and delivery. Oscar was prompt and communicated with me throughout the entire process. He even went the 'extra mile' (or miles in this case) due to a snowstorm that delayed him and my work constraints to get my items to me. I absolutely recommend him!

From the start when Tad made a bid for my shipment, the entire process was wonderful. My items were being picked up at a relative's house while I was overseas and then would need to be stored until my return. Tad handled all of this perfectly - was in communication at all times, showed up when he said he would, packed my items professionally and carefully and even kept them till my return! These are family heirlooms and he was very respectful of that. Professional and I HIGHLY recommend Tad!!!
