There were 2 cats and 2 extra crates for emergencies. The dog crate was secured with straps. You received several texts from myself on route and I have several emails from me to you prior to setting off. (it is not possible to answer emails while the delivery is in progress.) The dog was very nervous (probably due to the sound of many dogs barking) and refused to leave the cage. He had to be picked up to remove him however this was done as gently as possible. I'm sorry you feel the way you do.

The crate was in the back of a car,poor quality levelled with bricks underneath balanced on the back seat.I dread to think what would have happened if there was an accident.The rear of the car was crammed with cats in crates- too many to count. Communication was appalling between transport and us all. No response to emails. The car stunk of cigarettes probably the 100 mile journey. The man lifted my pup with one arm underneath, hurt him so he squealed and growled. The correct way is 2 arms.
