You should of never signed the BOL and should have rejected the trailer of ask for insurance information from the driver all you are trying to do is get a free delivery. You never requested the driver insurance because the trailer was delivered in perfect condition and that why you paid him. Now what ever you did with the trailer after he delivered it to you is your own your problem and trying to blame the driver

Was not picked up when promised. Was not delivered when promised. We had a window of opportunity to get a very expensive trailer from Indiana to Maine with dry roads if they had of transported as promised. Instead, they delivered in a storm. When we pointed out the damage to both sides of trailer, driver insisted it was there when he picked it up. It was not. We have pics to prove it and it was not noted on their inspection sheet when it was picked up. Thousands in damage. No response from the
