I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. After booking, customer did not reach out to me to give me any information. A day after booking, I contacted customer by phone and text. No answer. Then the next day, I reached out by email. Customer did get back to me. However, did not give me all the info that I requested. Customer stated that he was out of the country, and cell service is limited. Asked me if my phone number was associated with WhatsApp, and I did tell him yes. Customer never reached out to me through that app, and I didn't k

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer did not disclose all of the final details of this shipment and failed to advise in the listing that it will be going to the port to leave this country.
I am unable to accommodate this shipment for those reasons.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I am not going to have a truck going back that way due to weather conditions
