Derek was really nice and responsive at first to get the job. However, I paid over $3500 for a move that he and his crew were obviously not equipped to handle because they did $7000 worth of damage to my house. You do the math...... Plus, Derek quit responding when I asked how they were going to pay for the damage. Uship's insurance does not cover damage to homes. They dragged furniture on my wood floors, scratched walls, and broke furniture. This was terrible. Response from DConnect: The customer wanted to inflate the minimum damage that we documented with photos and a final walk through. Her husband acknowledged and confirmed the photos in an email I sent to him prior to leaving. We are an honest company and do not participate in this type of activity. She stated, “It’s not your money.” This move was several months ago and perhaps her plan to scam her home insurance didn’t work, as UShip advised her to follow up with them. Please check our reviews!!!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider did not show up at our agreed time, I have missed a booked flight, they are not answering my calls, and they are not answering my texts. I even asked for a new ETA and nobody is answering me. I am very frustrated.

Initially I spoke Stephanie Sierra and told her all about my move. She said she understood and was well equipped but they where not. I moved no more than I listed and my leather sectional now has a big hole in it from being dropped, 2 dressers ,armoire and a bedframe is damaged,glass shelves from a curio lost,etc...damage at the pickup house and the drop off. Pablo apologized but Stephanie is rude, avoided calls,and a lied to uship after i contacted them. I have pictures, videos and a statement
