About Me

I have an apartment with no stairs exiting the condo the mattress currently is in. the mattress is up one flight of stairs. The carry to the truck is a few steps and parking in front of the building is easy on a wide street. To bring it in the house for delivery there are no stairs getting into the house but stairs to the 2nd floor where the mattress will go, No narrow halls to struggle though. Should be fairly straight forward and in.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer was not available during scheduled pickup in mid-May (16-18). Then customer required delivery before 23-28 July, which is my next scheduled trip to Florida. Customer and mover mutually agree to cancel shipment. Customer will re-post for another mover.

John went above and beyond accommodating my schedule and making a 2nd stop to pick up an additional item for me in transit. I highly recommend this shipper and will use him again when transporting things cross country.

What an effortless move with Toby! I have moved many times and this move was the easiest. Toby is reliable, careful and friendly. There wasn't any damage to our furniture even though we moved on a rainy day. I highly recommend using Toby as your shipper.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I do not feel comfortable moving forward with this provider. There is a lack of communication on his end and the pick up dates could not solidified. At this point I would like to cancel and find a new transporter.

Sadly I need to leave a bad review. This shipper wasn't really the shipper. He accepted the bid while living several states away from me. He asked someone local to pick up my mattress, then expected them to find a box and drop it at UPS to be shipped. They couldn't do it so it was transferred to another shipper who held it for awhile then eventually dropped it off at UPS. Needless to say I was very worried that the mattress would be lost or damaged along the way. It finally made it there.
