After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider There is no problem with this courier, except that on my listing I requested if the successful bidder could also accept some funds to pay the seller in Belfast. Freightworldwide wrote and asked me if I could 'pay the shipper by bank transfer or paypal'. By this I presumed they meant one of their shippers or couriers. But it appears not - they were maybe referring to my contact in Belfast. Hence I need to cancel please.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Roy has been hopeless - first his phone was not working, then he tells me he's crashed, etc etc - excuse after excuse - all the while the shipment remains uncollected. I'm tired of updates and chasing him for updates - cancellation requested immediately.

Superb communications immediately after accepted the price quoted, very accomodating to particular timing needs - the job (collection of heavy stuff from Paris to Surrey) the very next next day, with delivery the day after, and carrying the weights into my doorway. Couldn;t do better - highly recommended.. I've used q

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time The service provider Sean Corigall has accepted 100 euro from me to pay a seller, but has told me that the seller was not available at her house when the driver called. The seller in Amiens assures me that she went outside to check whenever she heard a vehicle. I can't get back through to the seller now after about 20 tries calling him (number unavailable), nor is he responding to any of my messages. Biggest disappointment was that I trusted him - he has basically wasted my time and stolen £70.

Absolutely superb collection and delivery - Ludo collected my items, corresponding faultlessly with my friend in France. He bought the items safefully all the way from central France to Surrey, England, strapped down tightly to the floor of his van so there was no chance of movement. He then helped us with them down to the basement - and these were heavy items, weighing 50kg and 100kg and another small item. This service provider is magnificent, extremely good and honest person. Perfect!!!

Barry is absolutely brilliant.. he stated clearly how he'd be able to accept the commission if it was offered to him and added huge value by showing me that he would be happy to move some weights for me. He did an extremely good job of going to France and back, working well with my contact over there and items in perfect order when he arrived at mine. He also brought everything inside for me - driver deserves to be tipped very well for his service = comms were excellent -I'm very happy indeed ;)

Barry was superb - throughout the whole process of moving a big leg-press, he problem-solved and even made a couple of journeys for us. Not only that, he helped take the stripped down machine up a flight of steps and brought in the weights. A highly likeable, hardworking guy - and many thanks indeed. Tom
