I no longer need my item(s) shipped This provider bent over backwards to create a load based upon this piece. The recipient emailed me hours before the pickup to alert me she will be gone for several weeks with no one to receive item and no specific date of return. I contacted the provider and alerted him so he would not be picking it up.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The item was picked up and taken to the recipients city for delivery. A delivery call was made, the van appeared at her home, but the item was not on the van. It was determined the item would NOT be delivered because it was destroyed. Careless preparation prior to its move was the reason the bed was destroyed. I felt your $2500 insurance would surely cover any damages to the shipment, but I never expected a $7,000 bedframe to be destroyed! Therefore, it would behoove the transporter to rejec
