The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped I have HELP MEMBERS AROUND THE WORLD TO SAVE THOUSANDS of DOLLARS yes I also Work hard 365 days a year to EARNED 100's GREAT FEEDBACK in past .7 years .THANKS GIVEN To GOD & Wonderful Family's for being understanding & patient with single items. I've tried 2 call after bid ACCEPTED & received no answer. I did SET-UP DATES INSIDE BID DETAILS. For The members customer. before they accepted my bid for them to inform there customers.& i offered addvised price of other beds they LISTED. Thanks.

The phone number I have listed is my cell phone. It maintains every single call that comes in, and IF I do not answer, it goes to voice mail. There are no set-up dates, I received no confirmation message after waiting a full week to hear SOMETHING...anything....I work incredibly hard to maintain 100% feedback on my ebay sales. I have a customer who has paid for this item and has received nothing positive as far as when she will receive her item. I did not wish to receive a negative feedback.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The item was picked up and taken to the recipients city for delivery. A delivery call was made, the van appeared at her home, but the item was not on the van. It was determined the item would NOT be delivered because it was destroyed. Careless preparation prior to its move was the reason the bed was destroyed. I felt your $2500 insurance would surely cover any damages to the shipment, but I never expected a $7,000 bedframe to be destroyed! Therefore, it would behoove the transporter to rejec

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I sell on ebay. I have worked hard over the years to keep a 100% positive feedback rating. I cannot and will not work with providers who cannot return a phone call and/or acknowledge a booking with some sort of schedule. I have nothing to report to the buyer, who has paid for the item and is anxiously awaiting updates.

While one piece got broken, the recipient seems to be happy with the overall delivery and service. They stayed in really good contact with me during the pickup process. Would definitely use them again!
