Overall, this was our most positive car transport experience, although without it's problems. Kirk was easy to work with, responsive to phone and emails. He picked up on time and delivered as promised. Upon delivery, we had a flat tire (which turned out to be a leaky valve problem). Kirk offered to change the tire for us, had to go and buy a jack, since ours failed. He took us to fill the spare with the proper psi air. He was kind, helpful and very good to work with.We will call him again.
