The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Pickup address was different than listed. Pickup was listed in cleveland and the actual was Cincinnati which i am unable to accomodate unfortunately

It's true; I thought seller said Cleveland, and it turned out to be Cincinnati. I appreciate your understanding.

Great friendly service. most importantly, they showed up on time, delivered perfectly, on time. I was particularly impressed when a change to Kim's schedule resulted in her rerouting another driver to get my dog home on time anyway. She put my needs ahead of profit margin.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper did nothing wrong. I mistakenly listed the item to be shipped as in Cleveland, but it's actually in Cincinnati. Once we realized my mistake, the shipper told me he was unable to get to Cincinnati for pickup, so he and I agreed to cancel this order.

Jason said on Tues am that he would have it to me at 8PM Wed night, and SHOWED UP AT 7:59PM EXACTLY! 100% professional, impressive in every way imaginable. GPK is better at deliveries than I have ever been at anything!
