I cancelled the shippment because while the vet was loading dog it escaped. The the vet in Ala. accused my kids of being high never meeting them before in life, That type of attitude toward my workers or my family is not tolerated. This was very unprofessional on her part and is unacceptable behavior. This shipment was cancelled by me.

He did a great job. Was immediate in his responses to me and was on time or even early. My dog was very well cared for and happy and relaxed when he arrived. I run a rescue so I have come to know by the dog's appearance at arrival whether he has been treated well. Thank you so much. Terry

Boy did I luck out!!! This was the perfect person to perform my job - he was communicative, offered to help at every turn with any problems I encountered and followed through perfectly. Also Mike has knowledge of dogs and that helped particularly when doing rescue. Thank you so much.
