A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I am disappointed. The mover said he had a flat so he would not be able to pick up until much later than originally scheduled. I told him I'm cancelling the pickup - then he called to abuse me demanding that I pay him for gas when he never made the pickup due to his flat tire. I could not even understand what he was screaming.

An awesome husband and wife team who were a pleasure to work with! Michelle and her husband were on schedule, always in contact, and a job overall to work with. You can't go wrong picking these two to move your items! They got my heavy furniture into the house without a scratch, and were kind and just wonderful human beings. I feel so lucky to have found them - please don't hesitate to book them. They may be new to uship, but they know what they are doing! Thank you both again!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Mover was unable to commit to specific pickup day, so used another mover. I had another cabinet that I was going to list for shipping, and that other item was more flexible on pickup date so I suggested that the mover pick that up instead using this listing. Since it was heavier and going longer, I would give him an additional $125.00 for the extra trouble. Mover first agreed, then texted me (20 texts) on a Saturday night demanding this be done off Uship for all cash payment, or he would need
