thank you for your feed back,sorry that the comunications was not better,between the storm,dead zones,and traffic it was a challenge to stay in touch.plus it is illegal to talk on cell phones while driving ,they passed the law.it was a pleasure to work for you ladys and if ever you need us again please call.thank you dave.e.eastman transport.

The car was going to ship in 3-9 days according to the bid. There has been no movement or communication about expected ship date and it has been 8 days. I called after five days and was told that it could take longer than normal to pick up the car due to my rural location. I can not afford to continue to pay for a rental car and need the car ASAP so we have made other plans.

Scott was a great guy and I am glad to have worked with him. He arrived early and loaded our stuff into his spacious trailer quickly. He provides blankets and wrap, and made sure all of our items were covered and secured. Scott is good at communicating and is sure to let you know how things are going and if he has run into any problems. Despite bad weather and some bad luck on his end, we were happy with our choice of mover and have recommended him to many of our friends.

Dave was great despite a slew of unhelpful circumstances, particularly the big winter storm. He made great time from the east to Wyoming and back again, packed everything really well, and made sure that everything was in good condition. The only thing that I would say needs a little improvement is preemptively communicating, instead of waiting for me to call him. But otherwise a great move, and great mover.
