The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Total jerk, rude and unaccommodating. Not apologetic whatsoever about totally missing agreed upon shipping parameters (time, date, communication). "Told me how it was gonna be" - no communication at all until after shipment was missed. Absolute worst USHIP experience ever, has shaken my faith in the entire system. Told me he would ship it later, on his schedule, when it was convenient for him. Gave no definitive parameters.
