good shipment that went as planned,we did another move for this customer that turned into a disaster....DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS GUY

You are right. 2nd time was a disaster. You used water damaged boxes, packed electronics with no padding in boxes, left items at p/u location, demanded more $ even though price was a flat rate and agreed upon, packed multiple frames in picture boxes w/o padding, failed to pack the truck correctly resulting in contents shifting, left pick-up location a mess. So yes, it was a disaster because the 2nd time I use the company, he turned out to be an incompetent fool that refuses to pay 4 damages.

Excellent service,trustworthy and would recommend to all my friends. My move was a unique one. Due to the location of the pick-up it required the packers to arrive a day early, pack - stay the night then load the next day. Because of the distance between locations, they then had to arrive the following day - day three to unload. They took very good care of my items as well as several very fragile ones.
