The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Hi, Unfortunately Doug is ill (thought he had the flu, now has been diagnosed with penumonia) and told me he can't do the shipment tomorrow, which is when we need it. We will certainly try to use him another time, but in the meantime I need to rebid this job out.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper whose bid I accepted could not pick up the shipment because of a scheduling conflict/inability to communicate with seller, and then could not go back for the pickup because of time constraints.

Jay did an excellent job from the first communication to delivery of the items. He kept in constant contact with me en route, and even alerted me on the exact condition of the items so that there would be "no surprises" when I saw them. I highly recommend his services, and would certainly use Rubber Duck again in the future.

ALB gave excellent, professional service. They were very easy to get in touch with, remained on top of the project from start to finish, and treated the move of one chair from Maryland to New York as though it were the most fragile and priceless item on earth!
