If I could give more stars I would. Rod was absolutely amazing. I had a previous Ushipper who didn’t show up Rod showed up on short notice. I had an incident when my shipment got delivered (no fault of his) Rod not only unpacked it but repack it and took it to another location. You want it done right, with someone trustworthy, and a reliable shipper? This is the man to book. I will now always be looking to rebook him anytime I need something shipped!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Tino was supposed to show up to help me move and in the day of I had to call to see where he was only to find out he had car trouble, was 20 hours away, and no one called me to tell me. He said he would fix it and never responded or gave me a call back. It was an awful experience because I took off of work, I had to call my electric company, wifi company (cause I had to work from home), and track down a new carrier in a limited amount of time. He is a nice guy but my experience( though probably
