Pickup, care of goods and timely updates were as described. However the delivery was not based on what was agreed, part of the conditions I needed to meet is that at delivery it would be at the apartment door and driver even wrote that he accepted the terms. Upon arrival he had problems with his GPS so he started to raise his voice. Then he was extremely rude and just decided to leave everything at the lobby of the building violating the conditions. Very dissapointed by the delivery experience.

As per delivery conditions, customer assured me that the front of building and elevator were reserved for my arrival. Neither happened. Due to this, the receiving party directed me to leave all belongings in lobby. If these 2 things were reserved, delivery would've been to the apartment door.
