The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services They were two days late told multiple times how big the table was showed up in a car with a 10 foot trailer that is not an enclosed.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper was very unresponsive. They kept telling me they were going to pickup but never showed. They were unable to provide me with any arrival time and never returned any texts or calls this afternoon. The shipper was aware that the shipment had to be there today and that my customer was unavailable tomorrow.
