I put positive because they did deliver on the expected day, a little earlier in the day that i had expected, so that was great. They were nice people but I'm not sure I'd use again because the trailer was extremely filthy. Horses stood in mud and poop, no shavings whatsoever. It was a super old, rickety, double axle trailer that only had tires on one axle. My old mare arrived with poop all over legs and hungry and thirsty.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your business and it was a pleasure hauling your pony for you. I'm sorry about having a tire missing. We had a bearing go out on this 2006 4 Star. It's hard to find bearings for a 10,000 lb. trailer axle while out on the road so decided it best to run with one wheel off to get your horse to you before we layed over to get the trailer fixed.
