You had several opportunities to correct this situation, but never even called us back or emailed us. I'm sorry that you chose to operate this way. All we asked for was insurance info. to file a claim for missing/dmg seats. We did absolutely nothing wrong. After seeing the boat sitting for over a month with no seats, we feel abused. We deserved communication from you and were nothing but kind to you. Shall I post pictures of the damages?

shipper didn't secure boat cushions, so upon inspection the boat was missing one cushion while the second shows signs of being "ran over". Tread marks all over, leather all ripped up from asphalt. Shipper contacted by phone and email, no response. Claimed to have insurance? I doubt it. Beware using this shipper as the company didn't back their insurance guarantee and never even called us to discuss.

how could you come on here and make all these false statements.when you husband was there and went over the boat and trailer at time of delivery.and then had me to take it to a storage yard in the middle of nowhere.and never contacted us about this situation.and now 2 months later you come on here and lie.i nhope you're happy with yourself with the lies.because our husband knows the truth that everything was fine at delivery..

I would hire again without a second thought. Actually, I plan to contact him about another project. Excellent communication with owner from start to finish! Courteous and polite, very helpful to us. Transported our item like a professional and it arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend Brian to anyone who needs to transport in a safe, timely manner. You will not be disappointed!!
