There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved After being in Direct contact via email;I had advised the customer I would actually be there to receive earlier of which she acknowledged; Yet did NOT have the correct paperwork ready. After I sat for hours awaiting her to contact the warehouse I Requested to renegotiate the rate of the shipment of which she then tried to go around Uship for the sum total of 36.00 to "Compensate" my loss of time and fuel due to her neglect. Now she stated I was harassing her by requesting extra funds.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The driver was non-responsive after he confirmed with us over the phone that he would be picking up the scooter on Thursday and again on Friday, but it never happened. We tried to call him all day on Friday and emailed him several times, he did not answer the phone nor reply to email.
