Eddie was very professional and provided pictures and videos of vehicle before and after loading. He kept me updated on my shipment and let me know several hours in advance of arrival. It was late evening when he arrived and snowing and he still insisted on changing my car battery. I highly recommend using Gates Pull Haul & Repair for any of your transport needs.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time HNC Ships indicated that they had a crew in the stated pickup location, so I booked with them. Then I get a notice from HNC Ships the next day that they are unable to pick it up, as one of their transporter's was unwilling to wait 1 hour to pickup. I would highly recommend that you do not book with the provider.
