After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Accepted my uship price... and then kept having excuses how shippers were canceling on him and he couldn't pick it up and he was trying to get somebody else.. it was supposed to be down here by this weekend " per the conversation I had with him ".. so I made arrangements with my guy to be at the location where he was going to drop it off.. now I have to rebook with somebody else because I keep getting excuses

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Shipper canceled the pickup 12 hrs after accepting the bid...I had to re-arrange my morning to accommodate the cancelation.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Has not responded to any texts for 2 days, called multiple times no answer. Finally answered and then he hung up after I told him who I was. Unacceptable as this unit will be late to our customer/losing a sale.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Was delivering a brand new camper from Forest River, but the camper had issues with the breaks/hubs so it had to be returned to the plant. He communicated everything and we were in contact the whole time. Will work with him again
