I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Attempted to call service provider after he did not show up on the original day and upon tracking his shipping see he hadnt moved in a few days. No return on phone calls finally responded to text today. Said he could not deliver in the times he had agreed too. I have been in contact with fritz porter where the item was daily to confirm if he had picked up and he had not picked up or attempted to call per anyone in the showroom.
