A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I contacted Wooten & Wooten that I would be here to pick up today Friday 4-7 during their business hours. No one was here when I arrived at 10:30 am. A dry run with a loss of fuel for my company. Not the Shipper's fault.

This shipper was the worst experience I have had with Uship. Could not remember anything communicated via email. Was VERY rude through all communication channels and did not provide any adequate time frame for delivery. Had an issue with a password reset after traveling out of town the next day and could not release immediate payment and they handled the situation very poorly. Should not be allowed to be dealing with customers or handling your items and should be removed from Uship

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Driver was impossible to get in touch with, never replied to messages, missed his scheduled pick ups multiple times. BEYOND annoying and disappointing. Should be zero stars instead of 1.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Could not see the shippers quick pick up requirements until after I had confirmed. He then lectured me on me listing the shipment incorrectly and was not friendly about telling me what to do correctly.
