Shipment arrived in great condition, but they did not work with us at all on delivery time. Said they would have to deliver it the next time they were in my area if the time didn't work for me. Had to deliver outside of business hours which caused difficulties for us.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The driver to no fault of his own had horrible communication with the people he was picking the item up from. uShip was not helpful in trying to remedy this. The reason he was even hired and had to go attempt to pick up this item was because of a terrible experience with a different shipper, and uShip assisted us in hiring this shipper but then was unhelpful when J&A arrived and our item was not at the pick-up location. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We could not reach DKA LLC by phone or email on the day he was supposed to pick up our item to let him know the hours of the pickup location. Because of this, he missed the pickup window and unfortunately the pickup location would not accommodate the delay.
