A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer had pick up date as 1/31 through 2/2 and delivery date as 1/31 through 2/4. I explained to the customer that I can pick up Wednesday and deliver Thursday or pick up Friday and deliver Friday. Customer stated he did not feel comfortable with us delivering next day. I explained that I do have cargo insurance as well as garage keepers insurance. I once again offered to pick up and deliver on Friday and customer declined. This is also a 3hr + drive not a 2hr drive as the customer stated.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Not able to pick and deliver same day or the days needed . This is a 2. Hour job . Just doesn’t feel right .
