The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I haul motorcycles all the time in this Harleys from low riders to soft tails and if u look at my reviews u c an see i can haul the bike the customer new it was a open transport yes I agree maybe not a good day to do it while snowing but more safe in truck then trailer I would like to be compensation for going to get this bike if all possible I don't want a cancelation on my company thanks dave

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Pick up was supposed to be between the 17th-24th. Transporter texted and said pick-up would be closer to 20th-23rd. I've emailed, called and texted with no response. I need to get this bike moved.
