Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward the customer cancel 18 hours before pick up time. he wanted copies of driver licence and registration. i still have time to send them to him. with my email being french i still have good reputation with uship.com.
customer seems not happy about my email. i wont email his bike i ship it on my truck. customer has no reason to cancel 18 hours before deadline.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The service provider is using a french yahoo address and he has not provided any proof of ID.
He has told me that he has two truck and another driver, but his profile says only one.
I will not be shipping a $10,000 bike with someone I can not get ID from and who uses a French Yahoo email address.
I have told the service provider by email to not bother picking up the bike and that I have contacted USHIP to cancel the pickup.
Please can you also tell me when I would get a refund Pa
