excellent communication, very stress free shipment

Do not do business with this person. After telling me I would have my bike in one week it ended up in a storage unit in buffalo. All I heard was "next week" and " by the end of the week I promise ". Well that never happened and a month later I had to make arrangements with another shipper to get it the rest of the way to me. Than he promises me a refund of $300 which I still haven't seen. No communication. Gerry, do what u promised and please issue me a refund. Everyone else, stay away! Terrible

I am more than satisfied with my choice of Jason for this shipment. Excellent communication and professionalism throughout the delivery and even got here a day early. Great communication from beginning to end. As honest and professional as you can get. Cody got my bike from Ohio to NY in the exact time stated in perfect comdition. I would recommend eventworks to ANYONE!!!!
