Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time

Sean was a pleasure to work with! I would absolutely hire him again for any shipping job I could. He is communicative, honest, professional and punctual. After another company (which shall remain nameless) flaked on picking up my boat, I hired Sean to pick it up in Virginia and bring it to California. He did a great job. He picked it up when he said he would, dropped it off when he said he would, and kept me in the loop the whole time. And, he's a really nice guy. Five stars.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period This company said it would pick up my shipment but did not pick it up on the indicated date. The company initially indicated that there was a delay due to a hurricane which caused an issue with its insurance. However, weeks passed and it stopped responding to my emails, phone calls, and voicemails altogether. There has been no communication regarding the shipment, its status, etc., for several weeks despite emails, phone calls and voicemails. It appears this company abandoned this shipment a
