Response from Chris P.: Frank is not only unprofesional, he is dishonest. Frank forgets about the two emails and a written contract that stipulated pickup ok after 8/31. 5 days after contract, Frank called us for pickup on 9/4 - seemingly from a party in Las Vegas (nice 1st impression). Vehicle was ready but his driver said our vehicle was too tall for his truck. It was clearly stated in our notes and contract that the vehicle was taller than OEM. Frank failed to call or respond to email until I had to cancel. LOSER

Great experience with ShipAG. Good communication, product arrived un-damaged & good rates. I would definitely use ShipAG again. Thanks guys.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment DAS (auto) bid on my shipment, then tell me that they cannot accommodate my vehicle because it is too tall. It was stated clearly that my vehicle is 85" tall in my notes. uShip, you really need to prohibit DAS from auto-bidding without reviewing bid specifics. Will not use nor recommend DAS.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I contracted with Franks Auto Ship Transport on 8/30/10. While I listed the original availability of the vehicle as 9/3/10, my follow up uShip message to Frank Kimbrough on 8/30/10 indicated the vehicle was ready to pickup as of 8/31. I tried to change the notes on the actual request, but the uShip system does not allow for that. I signed an additional written contract with Franks Auto Ship Trans at 7am on 8/31 that listed the available pickup date as 8/30. I received 2 confirmation emails fr Response from FranksAutoShipTrans: Customer listed the vehicle ready at 9/3 and not before. I called customer on 9/4 to set up pick up and he stated that the origination was not ready and asked us to call back Monday. The carrier could not delay all the other customers on that load and wait, nor could we get another carrier there in adequate time.

Excellent experience. Reasonable rate, excellent communication (via email as I preferred), friendly, and Darrell went the extra mile to wrap up my sign to protect it when the seller didn't. I would use DBECK again and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. It's nice to find someone who is friendly and professional. Thanks Darrell.
