Call them the day of pickup to be sure you are still on the schedule for pickup. They didn't pickup the first day for a guaranteed delivery, and they offered to pickup late (5:30pm) the 2nd day. They did pickup the 2nd day but confused imperial measurement with metric on the weigh in (pounds vs kilograms). They improperly listed the shipment as having less than half the actual weight. We asked them to double check the weight and were told that we would be charged for doing so for their error.

Arrived. Low cost. Not the quickest service. They have a "receive a response in 29 minutes or less" feature. They always respond within a few minutes, but they won't always have an answer and add that "you are free to ask again later".

Was charged extra for a drum being on a skid vs loose. The weight for the skid was included in the request for quote.
Took 2-days for delivery for a 1-day trip.
