I hate to leave negative feedback for anyone, but I can not recommend this shipper. I was expecting little communication when I accepted the shipment after reading many of the comments from past shipments. However, when the items were not delivered on time, I would have expected a courtesy call to give me an updated delivery schedule. I probably put 10 - 12 hours into tracking, calling and ultimately receiving my shipment about 3 weeks late. Items were delivered in good shape.

we do get a failing grade on this one...houston to balt....I was in the hospital 3 weeks after pu and we were not easy to track down....delivery went great...great price...just way too late and no where near enough communication...we have always delivered and never lost an item...but once in a blue moon late and no call....will use this example to improve!!!...again from all at J & J ..our bad!!!...no excuses....egg on our face....
