Things went okay, but there were additional unexpected expenses, and one item could not be moved which was disappointing.

I guess I am kind of confused by your ratings, for casre of goods, and services as described. We moved everything that was to be moved and the additional expense was due to the fact that there was no loading dock as stated by you John and we were ticketed. I am unsure of the care of goods and I will find that out, but I am surprised by this as there was no mention of this on the phone when we spoke
