The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment My shipment was picked up on time BUT due to an unforseen sickness Luis was unable to deliver and brought the shipment back to the seller. The whole time Luis was in direct communication with me. He kept me updated the whole time and was very aplogetic about being unable to deliver. Like they say on here unforeseen SHIP happens. He is very professional, direct communication and giving updates every step of the way. I would definitely use him again in the near future.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved A scheduling conflict arose on their end. I was sent an email asap as to the issue. As soon as I got the email I called Steve (owner) & he explained what the conflict was. He apologized in his email for any inconvenience this may have caused & as well on the phone. Very nice guy. They are new, I believe everybody deserves a start & it is not the end of the world. Even though I did not have the pleasure of doing business with you, future shipments with you are definitely not out.
