At first, Monica seemed exceptionally helpful. She offered to pick up, package, & arrange shipment on 2 lamps that I won at an online auction. Because I was reluctant to ship via USPS, I added insurance in the case of improper handling. When the lamps arrived broken, she even offered to file a claim with USPS to issue me a refund. Now, it is two months later & Monica will not respond to calls or text. I can only assume in the absence of any follow-up that the refund is in her pockets. A shame!
