Pups arrived at appointed time, clean, and happy. Answered texts/calls promptly. I just wish I didn't have to initiate all communication--a once or twice daily update would have been nice.

Excellent experience. You could tell they really care about the animals. Very good at updating progress including photos. Even hung around for 5 or 10 minutes after delivery to make sure I didn't have any questions and got the puppies settled well. Would use again and would recommend.

hi shelly. what can we say, these 2 Bernese Mountain pups just had such a a glow around them. Sweet, gentle and playful little pups. We were honored to pick them up in michigan and bring them to you in PA. We would love to receive picks of them when they are fully grown. keep intouch and give these sweeties a huge hug from both of us. thank you agian and it was truly wonderful to meet you.
