Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time

I can't begin to tell you how conscientious Brad is when it comes to taking his job seriously. Not only did he make sure that everything was understood before I accepted the bid, but he kept me posted before he picked up the barrels, and after. He even had trouble with his own rig and promptly rented a U-Haul truck to get the barrels delivered, and all ahead of schedule. If I need something else to go cross country I would stand in line to wait for Brad, because I know it will get done. A++++++

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Last contact with provider was for us to meet at the pick up point. He did not show up, and no phone call. Left multiple phone messages for several days but provider did not return any of my calls post the final pick up date he set. It has been four days without a return call. Must cancel to to try and get new provider.
