I was extremely pleased with the prompt attention by Robyn and Bob in very gently transporting 70-year-old vintage heirloom (unreplaceable) porcelain china to my daughter from MN to CA. Robyn kept me well informed of timing, meeting locations, pickup and delivery, delivery confirmation, directions, etc. I would never have tried shipping this via regular methods. This worked perfectly, and I would (and will!)use them again in a heartbeat!
