Overall, I was happy with the delivery of my piano. It was disappointing that the first attempt at pickup was delayed, but it had more to do with problems at delivery place. But through continued communication, pickup and delivery was completed, even a little earlier than expected at first. I certainly did appreciate the communication by Antonio, as well as the care he took with my piano. Thank you so much!
