I was extremely lucky to have my shipment handled by Fast Delivery.
Not only the driver (Juan) accommodated perfectly my schedule but he also stoically overcame certain logistic difficulties related to the drop off location.
If I'll ever need a transporter from/to Merida and the Yucatan peninsula, Fast Delivery will be the first that I would contact.

I am absolutely pleased with the experience. Marco (the driver) went above and beyond what was the original commitment and scheduled the transport at the perfect dates for me. And it was delivered even sooner than expected. If I'll need another transport, I will definitely use their service again, THANKS!

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time
Hello,
it is very simple, after accepting the offer of the provider I contacted him twice by email ([email protected]), but not response. Given the tight schedule (shipment should happen tomorrow, Nov/10), I had to make a decision quickly and find an alternative (and more costly) solution. Quite disappointing and stressful. The provider was not reliable at all. There is no time to relist the shipment.

Brenda was simply great, excellent communication and support from the beginning up to the delivery,
and very accommodating even when the plan for picking up the scooter did not
go as smoothly as expected (fault was on my end). I definitely recommend her service to anyone that need to ship a motorcycle across the country.

I consider myself very lucky that Ted handled the shipment of my scooter from St Louis to Miami. It was an incredibly smooth experience, basically Ted took care of everything and it was fast. I just had to walk outside my door and find the scooter right there on the day I was expecting it.
The price was also very convenient, even lower than the quote I received from many large shipping companies.
If you need to deliver something and Ted is on your way, no questions, he is your best choice!
