There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I am canceling this shipment because the unit dimensions are wrong, the height is over 10.11, the client insisted the height is 10.11. however, as I reported before my driver showed up and could not take it and we requested a non used truck payment. This unit can not be transported as a legal load which is what we bid for it.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it We have sent two trucks out for pickup. First truck was a hotshot/gooseneck trailer however based on the customers provided dimensions this was unable to fit on our drivers trailer. Yesterday we sent out another trailer Stepdeck with ramps and NOW we find out this unit is 11ft in height. We can send a lowboy or RGN trailer out however it will require more money.
