Filipe picked up the car and 3 days after he was on the drop off location with no issues at all, he was fully contactable the whole time and kept texting me with current location, he also took some important documents like bank cards with him to deliver to the person who was going to collect the car, will definetily consider as 1st choice next time. the delivery was basically taking out of the car and drop it on the floor and leaving it unattended while I was carrying a 50 inch tv by myself to the first floor.

this is actually not true,the pick up up and delivery (over 700miles ) was carried out in less than 24hours and on time at both points and help was offered in taking goods inside but was refused and we shook hands etc
