The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Though we are able to carry the advertised vehicle. Upon arrival to collect it,It was established that it was fully fitted out as a catering van and therefore in excess of our legal permissible weight to carry.We therefore borrowed a suitable vehicle to transport only to be informed by the customer before we arrived for the 2nd time that the vehicle was not ready for transport. Customer has agreed to refund via paypal £45.00 (our costs) and we are still waiting to receive payment. Regards David

Driver was asked if he had large truck initialy and though it was eventually too heavy, he had 'just collected' local truck when we had to cancel and agreed costs at the time with driver, which was paid within a day of cancellation.

Martin and Jackie came and were lovely couple who found it no problem to work to collection requirments and on delivery, were kind enough to help me stack boxes back in my garage after the piece that they had carried had gone in and were most reliable, so defo would recommend without hesitation. These are people you can trust to do their best and do it as close as practically is possible to your requirments...What more can you ask (not a lot)!

Done when seller wanted it collected, delivered date and time when I needed it delivered, so job well done and most calm and unphased guy, just whom you need for a potentially stressful job, so its unusual for me, but I even paid more than we agreed for this... Highly recommended.

The customers vehicle was fully fitted out as a catering van and therefore in excess of our max permissible weight to transport legally.Issues arose in respect of the vehicle not being finished within the time span of us to transport. It was therefore agreed to cancel the shipment with ourselves trying to assist in finding another suitable transport provider within a certain time span.

Went like clockwork, confirmed eta with me, and my ebay supplier whom he collected from, deliverd at eta also. Unlike some, he was Very RELABLE and he is NOT GREEDY unlike many others!!! (..like who is going to pay 3 times palletline anyway- duh)!
